Refund policy
Any advertisement placed by an Advertiser will only be published on the Website after 24 hours, unless publication is refused.
By virtue of its power of control, the Publisher reserves the right to refuse the publication of an Ad which does not comply with these GTC and the general conditions of use.
If the rejected Ad has been the subject of a subscription to paid options, the Publisher will reimburse the Advertiser's Order.
Paid advertisements submitted and then validated are displayed on the Website for a maximum period of 60 days.
No reimbursement is possible after completion of the service, namely after publication of the Announcement on the Website. Once the Order has been placed, it is not possible to withdraw.
Refunds If the Ad filed, after checking by Coind'Occasion, is not distributed because it does not comply with these GTC or the distribution rules set out in the general conditions of use of the Website, Coind'Occasion will reimburse of the Order for the benefit of the Advertiser within 14 days using the payment method used to place an Order.
Reimbursement can also be made in the event of a technical problem where the advertiser subscribes to a paid advertisement that has not been made or any other technical problem. Following this, the advertiser can request a refund or an online delivery of his paid advertisement within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase of an advertising subscription, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Coind'Occasion is in no way responsible for transactions made between advertisers and buyers of goods published on its website.
To issue a refund, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase of a paid advertisement on our site.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your refund request, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again or your PayPal account first.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. And he will know that you have returned the item.
